The Sto. Niño Water District (SNWD) was formed on April 13, 2009 through Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 09-052 dated April 13, 2009 and was issued a Conditional Certificate of Conformance (CCC) No. 648 on May 8, 2009 by the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA).
